The only two times I've experienced such drastic power loss was:
1) The supercharger to aftercooler coupler disconnected/ripped, so no boost
2) The knock sensor broke at which point OEM ecu pulled timing which felt like A LOT, so no throttle response or power

What’s up guys!? So yea I actually figured it out it ended up being a domino effect of my primary O2 sensor going bad which in turn fouled my wideband sensor from running super rich. So I replaced the primary O2 sensor and then noticed the power came back but my aem Uego was telling me I had 10 afr so I swapped a new wideband sensor and primary O2 sensor and all back to normal car is now pulling strong!
