Default AP1 TURBO HEAD QUESTION

So I am planning to go on boost with my s and was wondering, if i upgrade my valvetrain by changing to the following parts ferrea competition plus valves, valve guides, Ferrea Turbo Dual Valvesprings & Ti Retainers and ferrea valve seals. Can I just remove the stock AP1 head parts and install it just like that, or is it 100% mandatory to do a port n polish? If there is any other options or alternatives please leave a comment below to what has to be done it is going to be installed on the ap1 stock block thanks!

No need for port and polish. Just swap the valtrain stuff

I'm just doing ap2 retainers on intake side as I was told everything else should be good to 600whp. Unsure of your power goals tho. But can't hurt to over build.

i suggest you get a good machine shop to do a valve job, itll make sure your new valves and valve seats create a perfect seal since im assuming your head is not brand new. valve guides can be a little tricky as well
