Looking for some clarification on AP1 Valve Guides
Good Morning crew,
I have been through some routine maintenance of my new-to-me AP1 and wanted to get some clarification on valve guides. I have replaced the valve spring retainers with AP2 parts, but I have heard mixed things on replacing the valve guides. Some say it is absolutely necessary and others say that I can get by without it. So, my questions are:
Can you tell when the valve guides need to be replaced? Anything to watch or listen for?
How many of you have or have not replaced your valve guides on the AP1? Why did you go the route that you did?
Any and all help and advice is greatly appreciated!

Haha, nice! I think I will just install with OE Honda for reliability sake. The factory power level has been more than sufficient for my purposes (thus far...)
