Default AP2 Greddy INSTALLED!

Sorry kix, didnt take me 3 days... but there were 2 of us... started last night at 8pm and finished today around 5pm...

And holy mother of god, what a difference. I cant wait to get the BOV and gauges, and boost controller and get her on a dyno and tuned.

VERY Excited...

What did yours sound like without a BOV? I'm assuming the noises are from the wastegate...

As you did, I'm keeping it out of VTEC, however, on the 3rd test drive, I did dip into 6200... VTEC didnt seem to engage... maybe the turbo smooths the transition? Or is this the VTEC dip ive been reading about?

PS THANKS kix for answering your phone and helping me That fuel pump was a whore! My hands have numerous cuts on them... and then gas got inside the cuts FTW!

I took pics of the fuel pump install, and if you want them, to add to your walk through let me know!

Well 3 divided by 2 is 1.5 and 2 multiplied by 1.5 is 3...

Congrats on the install. You can drive it hard if you want. If you have the same basemap as I did, the tune is safe enough.

What does getting gas into cuts feel like?

I wore gloves whenever I could... I only got a few cuts on my arms.

My MPG did drop horribly. I got 160 (lowest) and 230 (highest) before I got tuned. However, I think I can hit 260 with the tank I have now which is what I averaged before I went turbo

Did you use regular ramps to lift the front? I want to use them but not sure if I can get the header out with it only up that high.

you won't be able to remove the header from below on ramps alone. You will still have to lift the car very high. Or you can try removing the header from the top and bend the AC lines to gain clearance. I'm not 100% that the oem header will lift out the top, but i've removed a toda header through the top before.

nice! that was quick, bro. that's the beauty of installing a brand new, complete kit. if i had the kit untuned i'd be scared to take it past 4k and way too scared to give it full throttle at all
