seems like 255lph on '06 or newer can get away with stock wiring. Walbro seems ok and im hoping my Deatschwerks 255lph works out. albeit on a s/c car.

I ran the Full Blown 260 on my 2006 with stock wiring for multiple track weekends with no issues.

Are you guys running the new wire back to the trunk on the passengers side or the drivers side?

I ran mine across the firewall in the engine bay and through the same grommet I had all my other wires run through and then down by the driver side door. I barely had enough wire and have the relay mounted just behind the driver seat.

passenger side all the way back relay on top of pump housing.then depined the stock connector and soldered in the 10 gauge wire tightened the bite put it back in the loom and she is still going strong 20k+miles just put 500 miles on it over the weekend and ran it down to 2 bars twice no trouble ever and it was 99 degrees outside. you cant run any of the stock wire not even 2 inches and you need to keep the idle fuel pressure in the 30's at least so in boost your using the highest volume the pump can supply after 60 psi or so volume drops significantly. there used to be a flow comparison chart of all the popular pumps it was an eye opener that's when i ditched the stock fpr and the walbro that was damaged from the initial comptech rrfpr and went full aeromotive340 pump and fpr just sayn

so a few more thousand miles and with the new supercharger setup at 14psi at 8500 rpm i am seeing 85% duty cycle definitely not going to try e85 with the areomotive but with just over 25000 miles on it things are good

Is the aem fpr the best option for the stock replacement fpr?

i chose aeromotive due to higher flow and a pressure check port it will regulate down farther than an aem i do know that
