do the arp head studs go into the block before you put the head on or after? I read the instructions that came with the bolts, and they said hand tight into the block then put the head on. I did this and i can't get the head to fall all the way onto the block so i am just checking to see what other ppl did. thanks for any help.

btw does anyone know of a diy on this? i searched this site but didn't find one.
