ARP torque specs

Does anyone know the torque specs for the ARP main and head studs?
i cant seem find it online unless i know the bolt diameter and i lost the paper that came with the studs

thanks! now i just need the main bolts torque specs...

ok called the machine shop that did the work and they told me the specs thanks for the help!
