This is a good point.. Your cat could be toast Wally. It wouldn't be the first cat to go bad, especially on a FI car..

Well, I'd just pull it off to see if there's still a honeycomb in there and it looks intact. Also, I'd consider getting a straight pipe when you're "at the track" and the rest of the time using the cat.

If it is your cat, the OEM is highflow and hytech sells a ceramic core highflow as well. Obviously, they won't flow as well as a test pipe, but those are the choices we're stuck with.

There's a member here who is rotrex sc'd and made 470+whp with the oem cat and oem exhaust. Amazing.

I only have about 4,000 miles on my Berk HFC, but even when the cat was new and I was not boosted I never got the catalyst monitor test to complete. So I am not sure a new cat will do the trick. Since it was the only inc I had I still passed. O2 sensor not completing is new.

For what it's worth, I just flashed my car with the latest version and only have 1 monitor which is not ready (haven't checked to see which one it is yet). I've checked the bypass secondary O2 sensor in flashpro and running a straight pipe.

Do the reflash and see what happens. Make sure you're EVAP is enabled in flashpro (mine was inadvertently checked off)

Thanks, but I am not sure what a reflash is. So I download FlashProManager which is Mapping and datalogging software( the beta version, V1.9.6) This software "should" have nothing to do with the tune of the car as it is datalogging software. Okay, I download and install this on my PC. Then I connect the FlashPro and my PC to my OBDII port and download the same file that I am already running with no changes(no clue as to where is file is or what it is call or how to push it my car). If I wanted to change anything I could do it anyway as InlinePro (who did my tune) said they locked the file so one could change anything but them. As you can tell I have never connected the flashpro to the car. I have never had any software on a PC, I have never connected the flashpro to a computer and looked at anything. I have been renting a SCAN Tool from Autozone to look at error codes

I think I need to go back about 30 years and get a car without a computer on it. Something with a distributor, points, condenser, something I can touch and fix not something that requires a nameless computer programmer to do it.

^ That's the idea.

If your map was Read Protected by InlinePro (as it appears to be), your first step is to get the calibration file from them. Since you paid for the service they should give this to you. You need this before proceeding.

1. Download & install Hondata Flashpro. Latest version production is 1.9.3 (I dont do beta releasted) http://hondata.com/updates/index.php...ction=download
2. Launch software and Connect Flashpro to your computer via USB to determine connectivity. You'll see a green checkbox on the bottom left corner on your screen next to Driver and Flashpro
3. Connect Flashpro to vehicle http://www.hondata.com/help/flashpro/s2000-obdii.jpg
4. Open your calibration file on Flashpro
5. Disable your O2 sensor http://www.hondata.com/help/flashpro...parameters.htm
6. Under Misc - Enable your EVAP (Also make sure everything on this screen is enabled/checked)
7. Upload your calibration to the ECU http://www.hondata.com/help/flashpro...alibration.htm
8. Unplug Flashpro from vehicle and you're done
9. Save the calibration (File>Save) for your records
