RP is just about to put the work out for some RX-8 real world beta testers.

+100Whp with out any sort of after-cooling / inter-cooling with a very conservative tune.

Those numbers are truly a testament to the efficiency of the AFSC.

Especially on a car that is just about, if not more, sensitive then the S2k about intake temps

Good to hear that RP is making progress. Hope he starts on the S soon.

xviper isn't here to comment but I can't believe this project is still going on. The RX8 thread is even older and he still hasn't produced beans.
I'm curious why you're still pushing this?

It seems like a waste of time

It is good to here that there is some progress with the kit on the RX-8. There still might be hope for us.

Still watching the RX-8 development of the blower so its not completely dead but its very very close.

With all the other recent new products coming out (BRP, Greddy, JR) I think the market may be saturated when/if RP actually gets one of these for the S made.

I am looking at the Greddy and the BRP systems now and the only way I will revert back to the AFSC is if I get one for free (hint/hint) or there is a dyno graph posted that shows power gains similar to the other kits out there.

If RP would be willing to send me a prototype; the race shop I work at has the facilities to design/make and manufacture all the brackets necessary to mount the blower and we have a Dynodynamics to tune it on.
