Bad Experience With PeakBoost
I have nothing but excellent things to say about Mase. If u think hes hard to get ahold of your wrong. Call the shop. Also if u ever get to meet mase after 30 seconds its like youve known him forever.
Hell, i owe him money and he hasnt called to tell me how much. When does a company have that kind of service where they want to fix u up and worry about a small fee later!

I stayed quiet for as long as I could because I dont like getting involved in threads like this but I need to get it out. I ordered my turbo kit from Peakboost on January 8th and still dont have it. I was sent me the manifold, dump tube, and intercooler piping a few months ago and nothing since. I ordered a gt35 upgrade with mine and I also opted to get the manifold, dumptube, downpipe, and turbo exhaust housing coated. Throughout the entire time I have been in contact with Peakboost getting updates on my kit but for the past week I have gotten zero response from them. I am an extremely patient person but today I went from patient and understanding to pissed off. My kit was completely paid off by February and my original shipment date was in March. I will say the quality of what I was sent is some of the best I have ever seen but that doesnt excuse taking over 8 months to complete my turbo kit I was suppose to receive in 3 months. The thing that really bothers me is I have been told on several occasions that my kit was packed and ready to ship and they were just waiting on one more thing but the problem is that "thing" they were waiting on was constantly changing. Two weeks ago I was told my turbo and BOV were being shipped and another package would have my intercooler, couplers, and t-bolt clamps while a third package was gonna be shipped out 3 days later with everything else and that tracking numbers for all the packages would be emailed to me but I never received anything. I am debated taking a couples days off from work and school so that I can fly to Arizona and see this with my own eyes. I have invested way too much money into this to be given the run around. Today I reached my breaking point and it was all because of unanswered phone calls and broken promises :-( I really didnt want to do this but it needed to be said. Being that I am the glass is half full kind of a person I would like to end on a positive note, because it has taken so long and I could really think out what parts I wanted and how far I wanted to take my build so I got my head built with a Supertech valvetrain, Asura exhaust, IP 3mm HG, ARP headstuds, and a IP fuealrail with ID 1000's......just a little insurance to handle more boost :-)
maybe peakboost is overextended with there vendors, maxxed on his lines of credit, loans, and has no cash. bet he is just trying to buy time till he bankrupts this company and screws everyone that wasnt shipped yet. sue the guy now, or fly there and demand everything given to you immediately.
u have waited way to long.

Hey Static, did you ever receive your stuff? I haven't received anything yet.
Today after reading more threads about Peakboost I decided to take real action. I am going to my bank tomorrow, I called them today and explained my situation on the phone and they are going to go to bat for me and see what they can do to get me a full refund so tomorrow I have to go in and sign some papers to get the wheels turning on that end. After I got off of the phone with my bank I also contacted my lawyer and informed him of my situation in case a lawsuit is necessary and I am meeting with him after I leave the bank. I want to be covered from multiple angles. Either Peakboost sends out the rest of my kit in it's entirety in a timely manner or I am going to get my money back and purchase another kit. I hate to do this but you all are right, it's time to take legal action.
Fact is, if the business is going under (which it sounds like), suing him does not mean you are getting paid. It just means the court says the owner has to pay you. It can take YEARS to get money. I know people who were sued for 10k over ten years ago and still haven't paid.
I've had EXTENSIVE experience in this. I took over management for a performance shop that was CONSTANTLY getting sued for the shitty business practices of the managers and owners that were involved before I was.
Your not getting your turbos, wastegates, and blow off valves because these are the parts that would be ordered out and have a very small margin of profit for the shop. The parts your are getting (manifold, piping, exhaust) have a VERY high margin of profit. A typical 1000$ manifold only costs the shop maybe 80-100$ in schedule bends and steel.
The fact is your money is most likely gone...I sure if the business did have money they would not hesitate to spend it on getting you your remaining parts to save their reputation.
I wish you the best. And if you need any advice or help feel free to PM me. But I cant see it ending happily either way.

If you go out there I'd recommend swinging by the local PD and explaining what your doing and maybe see if they can send an officer with you. Otherwise he can just call the police and file a harassment claim against you.
