Precision turbo with a journal bearings have been having issues due to the wrong restictor and other issue that I have read about. The BB turbos seem to be a bit better, you prob blew the seals and it will need to be rebuilt. I wish you good luck. They made some of the best turbos but I have read a lot of stories about them having problems, I think they moved there opreration to China. Maybe retaliers who sell the product can speak about whats going on.
