I am almost done with my turbo install, and I am going to need a base map to drive it around for a few weeks before I get it tuned, I want to make sure any little boost leaks or whatever will be worked out before my tune.
My set up is going to be:
Aem Ems 1052u
3mm cometic headgasket
precision 880cc injectors
omnipower 4 bar map sensor( I know the parameters to enter into the ecu for this)
60-1 turbo .63ar
3 inch intercooler piping
hks ssqv bov
tial 38mm wastegate
walbro 255 fuel pump
hp performance manifold
hp performance downpipe

okay, I started her up with the stock ecu tonight but I need a base map or somebodys map to be able to start her with my aem and boost it, someone please help!!!!

ok, I started my car last night with the stock ecu cause I need a basemap on my aem ems 1052u to use that, so far so good one tiny oil leak coming from the oil feed going to the turbo, I just took care of that right now and one injector is leaking a little but thats because the fuel rail needs to be tightened just a little bit more. I dont have a downpipe made yet and I dont have my intercooler piping on, waiting on those things than I should be good to go.!!!!
She sounds great running again!

it started and ran with 880cc injectors running off of the stock ECU fuel map? I would have thought it would be PIG RICH since the stock computer thinks its injectors are MUCH smaller.

Make your own from scratch bro. Take the AEM stock map and modify it for the injectors and boost.

 

call your tuner, he should supply you with a base map
