Everything looks good, you should maybe think about milling some airflow into that shroud...get some more airflow thru the core at speed, vs possibly having some hot spots.

I agree, and it is on the list, but honestly these fans take up such a large percentage of the area of the rad that it shouldn't be an issue

Do the v bands have sufficient play to allow for motor movement? I've never actually fiddled with one to see how much they have.
