Water injection. It works. U hit boost, it sprays and cools everything in it's path.

I was considering this or meth, but SoS and UMS STRONGLY advised me against this route.

What was their reasoning? In my experience I would be inclined to completely ignore them. But I'd like to know what they said.

If you want to use it for safety and primarily to cool IAT, you run it in a single port pre TB config with a higher % of water. If you want to use it for maximizing your power output, you run multi port config. Or if you want to go big and completely functional, run both configs as a two stage system. typically pre TB first and multi port in the second stage. Doesn't matter what your boost level/hp is, just size your nozzles and % of water/meth accordingly

Yes, I covered most of the AC with heat tape and the amount of heat soak and the time it takes IATs to drop have improved. The bare aliminum aftercooler of the CT kit is a heat soak whore.
I see why you just stopped pm'ing me, thanks.

If you try to run an aggressive tune that relies on the injection then yeah that's stupid for a DD. On the other hand if you just spray alittle and keep the tune in check, then you get the benefit of low charge temp (mine are never above 98F) and lower exhaust temp. I've used it for >2 years on my DD.

That could haev been a big issue all along. SOS sells them. I had all the info before when I upgraded, but I do not recall the PNs.
