Belt Part number for pulley

Local shop in LA only had K060490 belt and I am looking for 406490 belt.
Are these belt same thing? K060490 & 4060490?

Not sure who makes the 4060490, but it should be the same as the Gates. The 6 is the number of ribs and the 0490 is the length (about 49.0").
