I'm using the full Spoon package with the organic disc. Initial impression's great. The pressure plate gives a positive feel without being too hard and the gear engagement's positive with no slippage. Of course only time will tell how far it'll hold out since I've onlyy installed it last week.

I have been using my Spoon for last 25k mile with S/C.
It feels almost stock-like.
Had many track days, drag days and now I am boosting 14.5 psi with SC and still holding just fine.
