My good friend with the IP stage one turbo kit has the AEM oil pressure gauge that reads in digital and he has his oil pressure sensor at the stock sensor location like I do. We did a full pull to see where his oil pressure was reading all the way to 9000 rpm as compared to mine. Come to find out, he is getting the same reading as I am with my weird acting Defi D-gauge. At normal driving he is around 85-90 psi and when VTEC engages, it drops to about 65-70 psi and holds there all the way to 9000 rpm. I thought either there was something wrong with my Defi gauge or I had oiling issues but I guess not since his pressure acts the same as mine. What I'm getting at is no matter what electrical oil pressure gauge you get, they all are notorious for inaccurate readings. The best gauge to get would be one that is completely mechanical but that means running an oil line into the car and that makes me nervous. I'll stick with my Defi D-gauge since its at least showing me that my pressures are staying consistant even though they probably arent all that correct. If pressures start to look abnormal from what I am now seeing, then thats when I will start to worry.

I have prosport boost, oil, and water temp.

They do the job but aren't as nice as other gauges. Also with the top down on a sunny day it is very hard to see what your readings are at.

I think I will be switching to all AEM gauges soon.

Besides having to reset the boost gauge once in a while (boost would float into high PSI at idle LOL) I have no complaints. Oil pressure has never gotten finicky on me. They have a programmable warning beep for over boost, or low oil pressure. Easy to install. Good customer support.

They look identical to DEFI gauges, but for less money
