So? look at the graph of the SOT blower. I would agree that a centrifugal blower would suck for drifting.

do not do greddy turbo kit.

and what jcbarnard said, centrifugal will not give enough torque to drift easily.

if 350 is really all you want then an atp gt28rs with the 82 a/r t3 turbine will work pretty good for you. It will take 15+ psi but depending on the manifold you should see that as early as 3500 rpm on a 2liter and it will carry the power to 9000 rpms.

I have tuned several cars in the 350-375 range on these turbos, and the response is killer.
Sounds like a hella fun street car too

The smaller BW EFR turbos would be the best, IMO. After that I would say a GT2871R.

I have no experience w/the new efr stuff, but i can say that the 2871 doesnt really work that well, the trade off in response for the few hp it gains is not worth it.

they are a blast, but mileage goes straight to the shitter.. lol full boost at 20% throttle at anything above 3500 rpms makes it fun though.

I prefer something a little "laggier" on the street so that you can retain at least a little economy.

It does need to be pushed harder than the 28RS, no doubt. For 350crank or wheel hp, the RS would be a real stretch.

I have built a number of cars making north of 350 on a 28rs. Thats close to its limits, but not a stretch.

The most I have been able to get out of a 28rs was on a big bore b16 back in the day with a lovefab manifold.. 385 on 22psi, it held boost to around 8200rpms, then started dropping. That motor had stock b16 cams which choke it up alot.

On an f20c it would make 350 and carry power to 9000rpms no problem so long as the rest of the kit was decent.... ie. its not going to happen with a log manifold and ebay intercooler.
