Which would be better for a s2k 05' turbo or supercharger? and which brand would be best to use? (comptech, ect...)

There's really not a such thing as "better". Whatever fits your needs is what you should go with. That said, you can build a turbo kit to order and dictate your power output and powerband. You're not awarded that flexability with any supercharger kit.
