Better hi-flow cat for FI

I took a 5 inch Random Tech cat and necked it down to 3 inches and it lasted less than 100 miles with 17 lbs boost.
It's now a funny looking test pipe.
After playing the Cat game I now run a test pipe (+/- resonator ) and install the cat for smog checks only.
