So I'm about to order a supercharger soon for my 01, I just cannot make my mind up if I should buy it new from Comptech's web site or used from a member of this board (after searching/finding one of course). How long (mileage-wise) do the compressors last? Any reason not to spend the extra money?

 

I purchased used and so far so good just make sure you ask a lot of questions and get a complete kit. I wouldnt want to have to piece it together or try and source parts. Most importantly use your discretion and be comfortable with the seller. Piece of mind for the added cost of new is nice but I couldn't swing that. I just finished my install just need to work out a couple details and all went well. You can PM me if you have any questions.
