Intresting do the turbo equate in size? What does the 4088 equate to interms of compressor and turbine? VS the 6765?

It seems to me these 6 series turbos from Precision are the best performing on the market today. Several tests have been performed on Evos, and the 6265 and 6267 have been kicking the crap out of the GT35xx turbos. If I was to upgrade my turbo right now I'd go with either one of those, but come the time I am ready to upgrade I am sure something even better will be on the market.

6765 is a much bigger turbo in terms of flow compared to a 40R. You also can't really compare a .85 divided housing to a .81 open. The .81 open is alot bigger.

Never the less cool comparison, not quite sure what conclusion to draw though. On a divided manifold that 40r will spool 800-1000 rpms sooner, will it make power like the 6765 no..you won't see much more than 750 maxxing it. On the other hand the 6765 spools awesome for an open turbo that is capable of 900whp.

my .02 cents...coming from someone who has a 6262SP on his Evo at the moment lol

Whats NOT to like about it?

I agree with Jesse, the 40R should have been paired with a proper manifold. They did a half-assed comparison I would say.

The 6262 made 784awhp and 600ft-lbs on an Evo:

I'd say that's one hell of a turbo!
