I like your numberplate. Why not spray the intercooler black or cover it with a black mesh grill for even more sneekiness on the road?

It is actually coated black with Stealth Coating from Swain Technologies.

Wastegate fully opened up when reaching 26psi at 7k RPMs, immediately fell to 9psi - wastegate is too small. This winter I will be swapping to a Tial 44mm Wastegate & GReddy Profec B Boost Controller. As well, being retuned... revving to 10k RPM's.
Just got off the phone with my tuner. We think that there may have been another issue, causing boost to fall - as opposed to the wastegate or boost solenoid.

Heading back over there now to see if we can fix a few things!

Sort of - since it's your car now, I told him to mail you the bill

No, when the car was initially in tuning - he stated that at high RPM's the boost was falling. He said he had to turn the wastegate duty cycle up through the EMS so the boost would stay consistant. Now, the boost is climbing at high RPM's - he is not sure why, but it is doing it non-the-less. He did a bit of playing with the duty cycle and it's still creeping, but not nearly as bad. It is holding strong at 1.2 bar (18psi) until 7700 RPM's, then it is climbing as high as 1.6 bar (23psi). He is going to alter the duty cycle on his laptop tonight and email me the map tomorrow.

He believes this also may fix the 26psi to 9psi boost drop at 7k RPMs problem. So I may have a 30psi high boost dyno chart sooner than expected!
