Thanks for all the comments everyone! After many conversations back and forth with my tuner - my car is going back in the shop on Monday to be tuned again.

Here is the long story :

While on the Dyno, tuning my 18psi low boost setting my tuner said that at high rpms my boost was falling off approximately 8-9psi. So, through the GM Boost Solenoid and EMS he compensated for the loss. He then stepped the boost settings as high as 26psi for high boost (target 30psi), however at 7k rpms the boost fell down to 9psi. We figured the boost controller & wastegate could not handle it.

Well, after picking the car up from the shop we noticed a coolant leak. It turned out to be the last bolt holding the intake manifold to the head had backed itself out. Once we tightened that bolt, the car begun to creep on low boost approximately 8-9psi.

We think that this may be the reason why the boost was falling, as it was leaking out. On Monday morning I have an appointment to drop my car back off to be retuned - 18psi low on 93 octane pump gas and 30psi high on c16 race gas.

I am hoping by the middle of next week I will have a 600whp dyno chart to post
