I found this one on Ebay F20C Blockguard . has anyone tried using this? I emailed the shop and they have one for F20c.

I TRYED ALREADY BUT I THINK THEY ONLY MAKE IT FOR THE 2.2L BUT NOT SURE IF I WOULD FIT THE 2.0L

just increases strength in some way?

The idea is it stops the cylinder walls moving around. But many people are opposed to them and say they cause cylinder warp from when you fit them.

They have to be welded in and that causes the warpage. You don't hear too many people complain about the S2000 sleeves walking.

yes, he meant the stock sleeves. These aren't the best idea. Especially one from ebay. You couldn't pay me to put that in my motor... These can also cause hot spots on your cylinder walls because of the pressure. Fitament on a block guard is the #1 issue... then cooling paths being properly designed. Don't buy it, unless you don't care...

Many of them need to be welded. I'm not sure about that particular one but for our sleeves, I would assume so.
