Pulled a P0410 code for the secondary air pump. I've had this for a while so I don't think it's an issue.

I'm wondering if a header leak could cause this? I have one of the FIRST headers that's only been on the car for a month or so. I had surging issues before that, but still maintained a good a/f mixture at idle, not this 10:1 I've been having.

I'm gonna switch back to OEM header to see if maybe mine is defective.

Update 5/28

Got the fuel issue solved, a damn near microscopic tear in my o-ring around the map sensor was causing the issue. Now the only issue I have is the bogging at low rpms.

It used tobe like once a month when I was on the base vortech kit. After adding the 650cc injectors, Greddy EMU, and 12psi pulley is when it became so common. My a/f gauge pegs 20:1 quite a bit when it happens.

Funny thing is if I can get it into boost it's fine, runs like a champ.

If it helps any, I notice quite a lag (3-4) seconds between when I let off the throttle in gear and the a/f gauge showing a lean condition. Maybe a vacuum leak somewhere?

Update 6/2

Pulled my fuel injectors and had them inspected and cleaned. The shop called and said they were in good shape. I'm going to pick them up tomorrow and reinstall them.

I'm almost completely out of ideas at this point, if anybody has any advice I'm open to anything.

Thanks

Nate

Or just take the emanage off and see if you car runs normally stock. If it doesn't trouble shoot a stock car, not a piggybacked one.

If it is installed with a plug and play harness, yes. Make sure stock injectors are installed as well.

I noticed while driving that when I let off the gas without engaging the clutch, the a/f fuel stays steady for a good 3-4 seconds before leaning out. That makes me think I have a vacuum leak.

I found a vacuum leak when I spray brake cleaner on top of the throttle body, behind the map. I can't seem to fix it though.

I replaced the TB gasket, no luck. It's leaking right out from under the backside of the MAP. I can't imagine tightening it down any tighter without breaking a screw, what gives?

PS. the rubber ring is there as well.
