Default Boost controller reset?

So i took my car out the other day around the block and i feel like my car is bogging a little at stopat. Before I garaged it, it did need another tune for the idle as it bogged a little at stops but now that its been garaged and the i disconnected the battery for about 6 months i feel like it boggles more than it did before. Of course im going to get another tune ASAP, but i wanted to know if the boost controller could have reset it self? i believe i have a profec spec II boost controller. Im currently not at home but i can double check once i am.

any help is much appreciated.
