My '06 is CTSC boosted (novi 1000) at 7psi made 304rwhp, whether that is "worth it" to you, is really going to be your call. Everyone has different ideas what they want for their vehicle, most of the folks in this forum are likely to be pro-FI, while others in other areas will prefer NA to boost.

Boost> n/a. But just letting you know now. Youll be going down a slippery slope. Boost is addicting, and soon 8psi wont be enough.

So I would suggest you get something that will be able to make more power down the road without having to change your whole setup.

This is a pretty dump question. With even a low boost supercharger setup you car will make at least 100whp more than stock and the car will feel like a completely different car.

The question you need to ask your self is are you happy with your car now? Are u willing to spend the money for a forched induction setup?

Low boost 7-8psi is a noticeable kick, but its only enough to wet your pallet for more. In a month you will be asking us if 10-12psi is safe to run lol. Truth is yes, and in my experience 10psi is the threshold where it really starts to transform the car into something quick.

11psi for 20k miles, boosted for over 40k. Car has 156k miles now. So if motor is healthy then there is a good chance youll be fine.

btw, anything below 10psi is meh.

My 9psi feels pretty fast. But theres a difference between 9psi on a supercharger setup vs a turbo setup.

Well I'm quickly getting my plans in order and only a few months to pay off of the car and then it's time to put my research to use lol thank you guys very much for your input now I'm going to ask for more , type of super charger? And what else is to go with it on 8 psi ? I had a built b n/a in a 95 hb built to shit 13.5 :1 b16 stroked out all Brian crower everything so I am no stranger to cost of this stuff and I know that there is more to bolt and go lol I mentioned my hb not to brag or to pee further than the next guy ( I hate that shit) but to hopefully get a detailed answer to my question thanks guys
