Default Boost Issue Vortech Supercharged

So I just got the car tuned Friday and it was running strong all Friday and Saturday. Now I'm not making any boost but then once 7500/8k rpm hits its like a switch turns on and hello boost! Not sure what the issue could be here, Vortech V2 kit, after cooler, samco hoses, greedy bov, ID1000's, walbro 255, science of speed map sensor. Running on e85 making mid 400's. Let me know if you guys can think of anything.

Thanks

boost leak? I'd check the couplers first, is knock control setup?

Im pretty sure he set it up, would the knock control not let it make boost? and I checked all the couplers for leaks, I see nothing. These are brand new Samco hoses, but even if it was a leak, why would it make full boost at 7500rpm+?

I had new hoses and when I checked with a boost leak detector I found 5 leaks. Check for boost leaks.

Just was wondering what psi your running? as it seams every supercharged S2000 tuned by Evans makes significantly more whp than most others tuned by reputable tuners. Is this due to the dynapack dyno Evans uses that produces such high numbers?
