Default Boosted w/Random misfires

Details before I start: '07 ap2 w/ Vortech V3 Sci kit on the stock 4.25" pulley custom tuned through Flashpro w/ FBM 340 Fuel Pump, ID1000cc Injectors and 1 Step colder spark plugs. Been tuned and running w/o problems for about 5k miles(84k on the odometer). Also have Hondata's 4bar MAP sensor.

Last night while driving back home I experienced strange hesitations while attempting to do a few pulls on to the freeway. Problem happened under WOT in the high rpm range(above 7k rpm). Strange hesitations and just didn't want to rev out to redline. The CEL light started to blink for about 3-5 seconds(put the car immediately in neutral and coasted) then went off. I pulled off at the next exit and hooked up my obd 2 reader. Codes read Cylinder misfires 1,2 and 4 and random cylinder misfires(4 codes total). Started the car up and noticed it idled and drove smoothly in the lower to mid rpm whether half throttle or full throttle. So the problem happens in the high rpm close to redline in WOT(haven't really checked it in the high rpm under anything less than WOT). What would make 3 out of 4 cylinders to misfire under above 7K rpm at WOT?

afterwards, I kept an eye on my a/f(wideband), oil temp and oil pressure on the way home and everything read right. Car doesn't overheat(8 bars). I did the research and its all on n/a cars so I figured I'd post a thread on here since I'm not n/a and there could be an additional item/s to check due to that.

Thanks for reading and your opinion to help me solve this problem.

Are you running PnP connectors on your injectors? That might be your problem.

Or check the pencil coils.

No, tried that at first then noticed there were idling issues due to the engine's vibrations so they were soldered then heat shrink was added as a protective coating.

Check the soldering/connection on the wires.
Also check the coil packs with another set of coil packs.

Take a look at your spark plugs and map sensor too.

Whenever I hear misfire on a boosted car at high RPMs I immediately think spark blowout. Pull your plugs and verify gaps. If you're running the 2668 NGKs, stock gap is .032"; you could bring that down to .028"

Yeah, I would check the spark plug gap. On the same dyno pulls session, my car saw an increase in 50whp by gaping down the plugs.

Updated:

Did a leak down(just to be safe and I already had the plugs out). 0% on all 4 cylinders. Cylinder number 4 had a fouled spark plug. Replaced all 4 just to be safe. Car runs like new now. Was told that if the same plug get fouled again then the coilpack on that cylinder is starting to go out. Will also have my tuner re-check my tune in the next few days since my a/f drops to 11.1-11.2 at redline(a little too rich for my liking).
