I see two different bore sizes in the S2000 manuel and im tyring to figure out which one to use. 87.000-87.020 Im ordering a 2mm Head Gasket and need to know as soon as possible. Ill just go with the bigger one if i cant find the correct size. Anyone know?

P.S. i tried search but its temporarily not working for me

I belive the larger one is for the oversized piston, if your engine has had a mild rebuild.

If not, stay with the smaller one.

I think the 020 is the oversize bore. Honda only provide one oversize piston as you can't bore the FRM sleeves much.

Are you saying that Cometic offer two headgasket sizes? If so, I'd say go for the 87.000. Can anybody concur?

87mm is stock bore. There is no oversize bore headgasket from Honda. 89mm is a fairly popular oversize for sleeving.

search works for me everytime

^ Quick follow-up. Cometic offers the 89mm in their hp version which should be the right one for me (as opposed to the regular MLS one). The correct thickness with my 9.5:1 pistons to keep it at 9.5:1 would be .040" correct?
