I just bought a V2 vortech supercharged S, what should I be do to make sure it is as reliable as it can be? I don't plan on any higher PSI or anything crazy, I am just looking for advice on how to make sure the S stays in the best of health and of course keeping the charger in good health too

 

For me, I always change my engine oil every 3k, and change the supercharger oil every 6k. Since you're V2, just make sure to change your oil often since it's shared with the engine. I have my valves checked/adjusted twice a year also. I always check the charge cooler fluid too. Other than that, I think it's just standard maintenance.

There's probably more that others do and they should be chiming in.

 

Always a good idea to check all your hoses for leaks. I'm running the SOS kit and one of the hoses that connects to the aftercooler was a drive away from coming lose
