i know thats a Greddy Type-S and its recirculated, but theres a couple other videos of this bov and it doesnt always sound like that, its usually a long whistle. Is it the fact that its recirc'd make it sound this way??

I have no idea, but my guess is how "soft" or "hard" you set the BOV, The little alen key thing, you turn it one way for soft, one way for hard, I think the Hard makes it sound that way, but I am not sure, and I am not sure how you are supposed to set your BOV, I just left mine the way my tuner set it, it is a slow , soft sounding pshhhhhhhhhhh

A) In that video, it doesn't even sound recirculated its sounds like its dumping to atmosphere

B) That bov isn't working properly, thats why it sounds different. You can clearly hear it surging. You don't want the pmft pmft pmft sound

haha having boost would be my first step. But the sound i am hearing isnt a bad sound, i hear it from alot of nice highly tuned cars on best motoring videos and such. I'm guessing its the sound you get when you set the bov to a harder setting.

How should i go about choosing the size? Does it make a big difference? I see the HKS SSQ comes in a few different sizes.
