Auto or stick doesn't make any difference. It practially the same diff housing. It would be good to know if the diff comes from a turbo or non turbo car. The only difference is that the NA car has shorter gear for better take off with the lower torque engine...from memory it's 4.31:1 or something like that. You can test it out by calculating the number of rotation on the output flange to make one revolution of rotation on the input flange. Hope that helps

the gear ratio should be 4.09 on the R200 diff.

There are various versions of the r200, you need specificly one from a non turbo 300zx to work with the inline pro kit. Other cars have the r200 but will have different output flanges and or different case lengths. Also it is a Vicous lsd, which some people say dosent work as well as the s2000 stock lsd, so an upgrade there might be needed.

Really? Are you sure it's not 4.083:1 for the R200 in the turbo and 4.36:1 for the R200 from NA?

This was my diff project

make sure it comes from a '93-96' 300zx non-turbo

the ratio is 4.08 to 1 in the non turbo version.

you need s2k wheel bearings

i've bought two diffs from different places and paid between $200 - 250 for both.
