There is no "issue " to be resolved. If you "gun it" theres gonna be noise- just like a turbo. But when your drive normally, there is no noise.

I asked the BRP guys about the whine and its sound is more or less stock at light throttle applications. Get on it and you get the banshee wail. Frankly, I think it sounds sick.

Have any of you guys ever heard a Vortech S2000? They ALWAYS whine and whistle. The BRP will be much quieter in normal driving.

The reason the BR SC is a bit louder than the Vortech/Comptech kits is because this blower is actually doing some work before 6000 RPM.

It's louder because it's a Roots-type blower. Under full load and spinning at the same RPM, the roots blower will be far louder than any centrifugal compressor.
