Lets break it down.
Pfab or Fullblown top mount log-$400
Downpipe-$250-$350 depending on where you get it/how wide.
ID 1000's-$450
Fullblown 290lph fuel pump-$100
Garrett t3 60-1 turbo-$720
Water and oil lines/fittings-$150
3 bar map sensor-$100
Aem V1-$700-750ish
Universal Intercooler Setup-$200ish on ebay
Tial Blow off valve-$250
Tial 38mm wastegate-$250
Stage 2 Comp Clutch-$350
Grand total of $4250ish worst case scenario. This is one route to take and everything (aside from the AEM) is priced as brand new. Shop around the forsale sections here as well. Used parts aren't a bad thing if they've been taken care of. The setup I posted would give you the 350whp you desire with ease. Throw e85 in the mix and you'll be in the 400's with the right exhaust and depending on the dyno. Of course, there is more than one way to reach those goals and the prices posted dont take into effect any sort of labor such as tapping the oil pan for return or tuning. I would also strongly suggest a wideband as well, which can be had for around $175 or so. Cheap+boost=disaster, but shopping smart can save you some monies. I'm over $7000 into my project, but I could've spent way more for the parts I have. Gotta search for the deals! Good luck to you in your quest for the go fasts.

I just bought parts off the kit my buddy had. I got these parts from him.

-Trackforge ramhorn (selling it for $500 OBO if interested)
-tial wastegate + dumptube
-down pipe
-greddy BOV eBay
-intercooleer
-pipings etc.
-oil relocator (but I didn't want it)

He made 475whp with a 35r replica turbo lol. I already flashpro so all I need are turbo and injectors pretty much

You won't max the ID1000s @ 350whp on E85; mine were at 99% idc < 500whp.

Yes zirr. I'm aware I would need to do that but I want a different setup so I'm changing the manifold so I didn't accept the oil relocation kit he was giving me.

Borg Warner puts out reasonably priced turbos that are pretty good for the money.

For the EMS you should spend the money and buy something good. Used AEM ems's pop up all the time. I would look into that.

You will also need a fuel pump, map sensor, wastegate (if it isn't included in the manifold that you purchase), and an AFR gauge at the least
A stock clutch will hold 300whp no problem. With my first log turbo setup I was at 350whp and I had that setup on the stock clutch for years and it never slipped. I added a little race gas and tryed to retune. As soon As it hit 400whp it started to slip like crazy.
