Default Built motor with 6262 but low power, why?

Here's the build sheet

S2000 build- with full exhaust it made 385whp with open DP it made 418whp. 16psi about 14* timing, any more and it picked up knock. Power seems a bit low. Any advise?

Jeremy Allen built
10.1 cp pistons
Inline pro rods
Stock crank polished
Blue printed
AEBS sleeved bottom end (stock size bore)
Ap1 intake Ap2 exhaust cams (makes more power that way, I have both set as well)
Inline pro 2.5 built head
Precision 62/62 dbb turbo
Full blown racing manifold (off of lj's personal car)
Tial bov
Dual precision waste gates
Precision intercoller
Inline pro 300zx rear with DSS axels
Competition twin disk
koni yellow shocks
eibach ground control springs and sleves
stoptech rotors
Id1000's
Fb340
Aem v2
Aem wideband
Aem boost gauge
Battery relocated to trunk
Fuse box tuck

The 385whp with full exhaust is 3" to the stock mufflers and resonator. No cat. Then we disconnected it and ran open downpipe and it made 418 so the exhaust is a bit restrictive but we still couldn't add anymore boost or timing without picking up knock up top.

Boost and timing is only a fraction of tuning. Like the others, what fuel are you using? What does ur fuel trim tables look like and afr?

He's got one of the best in the business tuning it. He doesn't specialize in S2ks but he's done plenty of big power and 'on the edge' tunes to know his way around them. That dip in torque looks like something isn't right, maybe check for leaks around the couplers / wastegate.

Is boost staying steady / not falling up top? Fueling *should* be adequate with a 340 and ID1ks
