The crank pulley and S/C pulley alone from CT will cost you over $500. Watch the classifieds. Lots of kits for 2500-3000 with everything you need. $2400 very high for a kit missing all of these pieces.

This isn't that bad. I see complete CT/AC kits going for $3k - $3.5 complete. I paid $3.4 for mine. The old CT kits without AC go for $2500. I can't tell from the pick if the SC pulley is there or not, not sure how you guys are so sure its missing? if it is, just get the 4" pulley from SOS. It will give you a solid 7psi which you will appreciate, they are easier to find as well. You will only make 5.5- 6psi with the stock ap2 4.2"

You can take your stock crank pulley to any local machine shop and have them drill/tap your pulley to CT spec. Take your CT mounting pulley so they can use as a stencil. When I did mine it cost me under $100, will be quicker/cheaper and less hassle. The CT rubber mounted bushing would be nice, but not at $25 a piece if that's what they cost. I would go to a good hardware store and put some together myself with the appropriate size steel washers and rubber washers to the right thickness. My buddy made some up that he was missing and they have worked well. Not all hardware stores carry a vast array of bushings/rubber washers to varying sizes, so if you cant find what will work at least you tried.

I don't think he is missing the pulley ON the supercharger, but I do not see the pulley that attaches to the modified S2000 crank pulley. That is expensive from CT Engineering. I agree with a machine shop, once he has the CT pulley that mounts to the crank. I actually did mine myself on a bench drill with the CT pulley as a guide and then tapped each hole.

Yeah if you have the crank pulley adapter part a machine shop can drill it for you. I had a stock crank pulley drilled for the vortech piece at a machine shop for $30.
Try and total everything up.

No one buys these kits anymore for 3000-35000 as someone else mentioned. Kits have sat in the classifieds for a LONG time at 3000 or less including extras and fully complete.
If it costs you really no more than 100-200 more than it is a decent deal if it costs more then you will be spending the amount for a complete kit plus the hassle and expensive of piecing the rest together.

If it is the same as the vortech you need the piece from comptech that mounts to the stock crank pulley not the pulley for the sc.
2 separate pulleys but you need both.
Contact Comptech and see how much they charge for the modified crank pulley part if they do sell it individually and then bring that with stock crank pulley to a machine shop.

No, that 4" is for the blower side. You need the pulley that attaches to the OEM crank pulley for the stencil, that you will need to order since we don't see it in the pic.

To buy your exact kit new cost $6500 so keep that in mind. Here is a link below to order any parts you need.

Yeah, the frustrating part for me would be trying to locate all the right size bolts to mount the kit. The majority of the kit is there besides some pulleys/ mounting bushings. But who ever sold you this kit murdered it, those Allen head bolts in there are not from the kit, most of those don't look proper. I think this kit has been around a few hands and someone else tried to figure out how to mount it without the proper hardware. Hopefully your aluminum brackets are not all stripped out. This is the risk of buying used kits, you really have to do your research and know what your looking at. I got lucky with my used kit. It's going to cost you, but if I were you I might just get all the mounting hardware ie: bushings/bolts washers etc from CT, will be less headache for you. You could throw $400 $500 at this kit and still be ok, as long as everything else is in good shape.

yeah you need the modified stock crank pulley but i don't see the supercharger pulley that bolts to the modified stock crank pulley, the boost level is determined by the size of the pulley on the backside of the bracket that supercharger unit is mounted to but you need the bolt on pulley attached to the crank pulley to spin the supercharger's pulley.

here's the pulley you'll need (comparison of oem and modified oem plus bolt on pulley)...

edit: top = leftside bolt on pulley, rightside is modified crank, bottom = oem crank
No. The SOS 4.0 pulley goes on the supercharger itself. You need the CT Engineering Crank pulley as shown in this picture. That plus your crank pulley from your car and a machine shop can drill and tap it for you. The SOS is strictly an upgrade for the supercharger only...
