Default BW vs Garrett

Hey guys, this thread may be a little redundant, but I've needled through what feels like every thread on this forum and still have some questions for you guys.

So I'm planning on either going with the Full Race Twin Scroll manifold, or the Trackforged manifold. Both have their perks, but both dont require moving the fusebox or battery, which is my big concern, I don't wanna touch any of that crap.

The full race is a twin scroll T4 flange and the Trackforged manifold is a single scroll T3 flange if I remember correctly??

Ideally I would want a gtx3076 with the .82 exhaust housing, as this car will see 400-500whp for now. Considering this is a pricey turbo, what are my options with Borg Warner at a similar size? Do they have any T3 flange turbos that would work with the trackforged manifold? I was looking at the S200sx 7670 turbos and those look pretty attractive, especially for the price, I'm just not too familiar with the BW sizing, plus they are JB, would I miss out on a noticeable amount of performance if I went with a BW JB turbo vs a Garrett BB?

Any insight would be awesome!
Thanks

I just installed a new 200sx FMW haven't got it tuned. A bit pricy but I heard it will be a great turbo.

I've just seen WAY too many precision turbos on the forums go out in <10k miles for it to be on my daily.

I have the track forged manifold and although it makes great power and I don't have any problems with it. If I were to do it over I would go with the full race twin scroll manifold with either a Garrett gtx3576r or a gtx3582r with the twinscroll t4 1.06ar housing.

You just can't beat amazing spool and response and well as great topend of a good twin scroll t4 1.06ar setup.

If you really want to go with borgwarner just get the full race efr manifold with a Borg Warner efr 7670.
Spend the money and the nice ball bearing billet wheel stuff or else your just going to end up buy it down the road anyways.

Stay away from precision.

If I could have fit an EFR on my top mount I would have. If I did it again I would have full race's EFR manifold and the 7163 (I think) EFR turbo.

Just looking at the numbers it looks like it died up top, thats big torque for the hp number. Unless you're running like a 2.4L
