Default A/C Not working!

Hey guys. After I turboed my car and i put in the doolots custom a/c lines in. I had it vacuumed and recharged professionally and they couldnt get it to turn on and stated that the pressure was getting high so he would turn it off so not to hurt the compressor. The compressor is just not coming on! I started with looking at the configured settings in the AEM and they seem normal:

Switch Input- Switch 6 Gnd= On
A/C Min Load- 500rpm
A/C on delay- .88s
A/C Idle Load Comp- 6.3%
Rad Fan 1- On
A/C Clutch- LS6
Rad Fan 2- LS8

but when i bring the output troubleshooting table up the A/C shows off?
Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Hmm. Are you sure you connected the lines correctly? I've got the same relo lines if you want to take a look.

Yeah I hooked them up correctly. Its kind of hard to mess up as there is one short line( that one goes to the compressor) and one long line( which goes to the bottle up in the front. I need A/C its hot!

Try jumping the connector on the dryer canisterm, take a piece of wire and stick it in between them. Thats the high pressure switch. If you do that it will kick on the a/c. Thats what I do while charging the system if the refrigerant is to low or the system thinks the high pressure is tripped.

So if my system is charged correctly and i jump them this first time then it should work correctly after that?
I'll try that.... I guess i should have pm'ed you in the first place

well i just jumped it and got the compressor to come on but it didn't get cool. Does this mean that who charged it said it was charged but since they couldnt get the compressor to come on they didnt charge it and said they did? Hopefully that made since

if they didn't get the compressor to come on, then I'm pretty sure that they couldn't have filled up the system very well

also, our a/c compressors are super weak at idle

Thats what i thought..... Can anyone else back this up? DooLots himself? When they told me that they filled it but couldnt get the compressor on that threw up a big red flag but im not super knowledgeable about a/c systems so....

There is no way they got the system charged without getting the compressor to come on. You have to have the complete loop working for it to work. With that switch jumped it will allow it to loop through the system. I had to do it to my 07 the first time I charged the system my self. It even says it in the honda techs manual if your having problems to jump the switch.

They will need to either pull down the system and drain it or you might be able to get away with adding a can of 134a with the hose you get at an auto parts store. Doing this though will put an un known ammount of charge to the system. I think it takes something like 22 0z. Its been a while since I charged one.

Well, I just took it back to them and straight up told them someone lied to me one way or another.and they didnt get my car charged as they stated and charged me for previously. They gladly took it and they are looking at it now. I showed/ told them how to jump the switch/relay off the dryer to get the compressor going so they can get it charged.
We shall see
