Default can someone have a look at this tune?

Hello!

Me and my tuner is trying to make a e-tune to my car so i can drive safe until I get a real tune.
I made some logs but my tuner don´t think the AFR i correct.

Can someone have a look. He thinks he put enough fuel in but its still on the lean side and he dont trust the Flashpro AFR.
He thinks its better to buy a real wideband and then try to tune again.

We have set Vtec to 7500rpm to not hit it and just try to tune the car to 5000rpm at this point.

https://onedrive.live.com/redir?resid=2965F0F456FF92B6!3080&authkey=!APXmIdS 7skFkEC4&ithint=folder%2c

The car is:
AP2 2006
4bar mapsensor
ID1000cc
E85
Novi1200
upgraded aftercooler
testpipe
AEM 320lph fuel pump (not hardwired)

Please help me gyus!

Vtec is set too high...Per Hondata for FlashPro "Do not set the VTEC point too high as the high speed cam rocker arm may float on the lost motion assembly, damaging the valve spring retainers. It is not recommended to set the VTEC point over 6500 rpm."

Thx man! I will lower the vtec.
But what about the fuel? Is it to lean?

I have added one more logg now with the same tune and this time it is AFR 12,5.
It´s weird dont you think?

I'm unable to view them on my apple. E85 is 85% ethanol and 15% gas. Stoichiometric (1 lambda) for E85 blend is 9.7, for gas it's 14.7. Lambda is 0.67 for E85 and 0.96 for gas. Max power rich is 6.9, max power lean is 8.4... If you're running a gas wideband be sure it's targeting 9.7, understand that the display may show 14.7 but is 9.7 on e85. I would say under WOT 11.5 is safe. 11.5 on gas display is 7.6 on e85 afr.

Flashpro outputs two AFR values. The primary one is calibrated to work with an aftermarket wide band (the kind the tuner would use on the dyno). The other one is labeled corrected AFR and is calibrated to work with the factory oxygen sensor used on '06 and after cars. Be sure you are looking at the output intended for the sensor you are using.

You need to hardwire that fuel pump. If its not already causing problems, it will start to do so shortly.

You don't have to raise the VTEC engagement. If anything just change the throttle load at which it engages, right?

I will start with buying a aftermarket wideband. I want to have that in the future anyway
2nd, I will hardwire my fuel pump. I think that can be the problem!
We started of by using my friends tune (it´s his SC-kit I have now). His car is a EU 2.0 but it´s weird my car wants a LOT more fuel than on his tune.

I will have a look at the fuel pump and get back to you all!

Can I buy this kit and just "plug and play"?
