Can someone help w/ Electronic Boost Gauge Install
Hi All,
I just purchased a ProSport Elec Boost Gauge for installation in a pillar pod and was trying to find a DIY with some good pics, but came up empty. Specifically, I'm wondering where the heck to tap into the wiring. When I look under my dash there are wires everywhere! The instructions that came w/ the gauge suck, but I can figure out most of it. The two things I need help w/ are:
1. Where do I tee into the vacuum line? I'm running a Spugen Turbo kit. According to the directions, it says to tee in between the surge tank?? and the Pressure regulator?? I assume that means between the FPR and the BOV?? Currently my BOV is already tee'd off of my FPR line...seems like this is too much stuff off of the one line (fpr, bov, and now boost sensor)?
2. I know I want to splice into the ACC and parking lights to power the thing, but I have no idea which bundle and which wires those might be. A picture would be a HUGE help.
Thanks for any help you can lend-

You can tee into the line leading to the FPR again, its fine.
As for wiring, its easy. The fuse box under the drive side dash has 3 prongs in a vertical line on the left side of the assembly. The top one is hot, the second one is ignition 12v, and the last one is dimming ground (this car was designed perfectly!). Use a volt meter to make sure, as I might have mixed the order up.
