Default Car jerking while decelerating

Recently I Notice my car started to jerk while in in any gear
Let's say I accelerate in 5th gear to 4k rpm and let go of gas car starts to jerk while I'm still in gear it stops once I put it in nutural . You can also hear engine sounds changing
Any Idea what this might be
My car is boosted but not fully tuned
I can only accelerate to 5k after that car cuts off falls on its face as vtec did not engage on dono so tuner set vtec at 5 K to diagnose the issue
I drove car like this for 8 months with out any issues. Now I have this jerking issue while decelerating
Please help

It is safe to drive it it just won't get in vtec for some reason and as this is my daily I had no choice
I
And I ran out of options testing wise as what it might be
Vtec solenoid is getting 14v oil pressure is normal

Soooo is there a plan to GET it fully tuned? Why is it taking 8 MONTHS? Seems kind of pointless to be asking about drivability issues if the tuner isn't done with the car yet.

Yes of course I'm planning to get fully tuned just got to figure out what is the shit issue with vtec not engaging

BUT that's not why I posted about
I get vtec fixed once I got my bwm out of the shop which has been sitting there for 4 months

The fuel pump turns on when the ignition is turned on, car does not have to be running. Also, get your car tuned.

Nothing was on. My keys were in my pocket..... When I released pressure from fuel rail it spayed fuel 3 more times in 10 min pressure was so great that fuel went from fuel regular hole and hit open hood so fuel sprayed like 1 feet..

Is your fuel pump hard wired to your battery? Fuel pressure in the rail means the pump was on.
