Default Car won't start

Like 10 days ago, I posted a thread stating that after I connected the EMS to my laptop to download the map, the car didn't start. I wasn't getting any spark. I changed the plugs this morning and still the same. The car cranks 7 8 times, no spark and at the end, it makes a weird crank sound.

What i also realized is that the fuel pump prime is shorter than what it used to be. It was like a 4 second prime normally but now it is like 2 seconds.

Any ideas what the problem can be??

Sounds like a different map was loaded into your EMS when you upgraded your software. Do you have a backup copy of your working map? Maybe try going back to the V1.11 version or the last version that worked for you.

When you are cranking the car... Watch to see if you are getting "Stat Sync" you can find that in your full list of options or by just unlocking your parameters and adding it to your list. It should be off and then turn on after you crank the car.

John -> I downloaded the AEMTuner and hooked it up to my ECU for the first time. There were no other maps that could have been uploaded. I downloaded my calibration and that was it. Never got it to start again.

PSI -> I will try to check it today

Connect the AEM to the lap top hit ctrl P on the keyboard. on the lil window that pops up type in or arrow down to t2per and on the second line cranktoothperiod. crank the car and watch those number. if they go up really quick your cam and crank sensors are reading correctly. if theres even a glitch in them it wont turn on. good luck
