I'm making probably ~400whp on 91 at 12 psi on a Novi 1200. Was having belt slip on the dyno so I will need to redyno it.

Yep both venting. It was easier to do so I went with it.

I have not had any dipstick issues with mine at 12 psi boost. I use the Saikou Michi catch can system with AN fittings and Gates hose clamps. The PCV is from a Supra but silver soldered into the body base of an OEM PCV valve for installation compatibility.

I like the setup but tell me does the PCV return line have to go back to the IM even though the can itself is vented?

Correct.

The front can is vented while the rear can is not vented.

Ah I see now. I'd prefer one can TBH. Vent VC with a breather and run the PCV to a can then back to IM port.
