Default catch can goo?

I have the Kings Performance Catch Can. but something weird is happening. I have some weird goo coming out of the filter. The can does not come baffled.

The fluid level in the catch can is actually pretty low. maybe a few mm of fluid (mostly an oily water)

I am running two -8 lines from the OEM ports (no pcv)

what do you guys think?

Ok I'm at a loss why would it do that I don't understand what a baffle would do to keep it from doing that

Baffle lets the liquids stay at the bottom and the vapor / pressure to escape through the filter keeping it dry.
