If you're putting an AP2 valve cover on it (AP1's can use 04-05 valve covers) you can just use the stock crankcase vent port and put on an -AN adapter to the PCV valve threaded port. That way you won't have to worry about welding on -AN bungs. Its not as sexy, and you're restricted by the size of those two existing ports, but its been enough venting for me at 16 PSI supercharged.
It's a 2004 so I'll be getting a new AP2 cover. Sexy is not my concern, I just want it to function properly. So, delete the PCV Valve and run a single can set up off the PVC? That's what you have done Cool? I'm currently running 14LBS off a new GTX3076R but I will probably crank it to 16 or 18 (I need to retune and upgrade wastegate) so it doesnt grenade itself from running so low. I have a few issues to work out 1st though, this catch can setup is one of them.

I really like that setup from Radium, but it's a bit pricey IMO(if I were to go for the double can), then again, if I only have to run one can, it's not too bad, and like I said I don't have a trusted fabricator/welder here to modify the cover so this looks like a good option.
I bought an 04-05 valve cover, a -10 AN adapter for the threaded PCV valve port, an eBay vented catch can that had two inlets, and a few miscellaneous -AN adapters and fittings to make it all work together. One -10 AN line coming from the PCV valve threaded port, and one -10 AN line coming from the front crankcase vent port. Both go into the two inlet ports on the eBay catch can. I used to run it vented (it came with a filter on top of the catch can), but it smelled too bad when sitting still at a light. So I tapped the port that the air filter screwed into and installed a 90 degree -10 AN adapter and then ran a hose from it to under the car. So now it vents out under the car instead of in the engine bay.

Sorry I don't have any good pictures; you can see the two lines coming from the VC over to the catch can over by the brake reservoir. This is when it still had the black filter on top.

Before I did this I used to have the issue with my dipstick always popping up, and once it was even so bad that my PCV valve blew out (AP1 valve cover style) and spewed oil all over the place. Ever since installing the catch can this way I've had zero problems with crankcase pressure. And the catch can does its job; emptied out a good amount of oil, gas, and foamy gross stuff the other day.

The catch can, fittings, and hose I probably have about $120 in. Probably half of that is the damn -AN fittings... those things aren't cheap! I did have to make my own little mounting bracket to mount where the throttle cable usually mounts.

Thanks again for all the info, today I found a place locally that's going to make me one for 45euro, can't beat that (unless you make it yourself.) Nothing to special, but it will do the job. I'll post pics when it is finished/installed. The place is called Alex Motorsports http://www.alexmotorsport.it/index.p...view=frontpage and it is near Naples in Maddaloni. They actually have my car right now for a headgasket/piston ring job Just in case anyone else finds themselves here in Italy looking for a good local shop.
