CD7SirAccord's '03 GPW Supercharged Build
Well still waiting for the damn rear end to be put together. And still a couple weeks out on the header, I hope anyways.
But on a good note, I had some more things arrive today.

I've always longed for a red and black interior, but when I bought the car, I decided it was gonna be an 02-03 which only had solid red or black and tan. Didn't think I would be able to stomach a full red interior, so I opted for the black and tan. But I was able to sell my seats locally, and also found a clean set of black AP2 door panels. So I went ahead and ordered black carpet and still debating what I want to do for the center console, either a Password JDM dry carbon console with an AP2 console or the stock black leather console and maybe wrap it with a GT design or ASM console cover.
I also received some parts from Jeg's. Since I'm a drag racer at heart, I wanted to have a line lock to do burnouts at the track with out wearing out the rear brakes. But the only way to successfully lock both wheels while maintaining ABS, is two separate line lock solenoids, one to each wheel. I have all the proper hose and fittings so I will be able to put this post ABS and if I ever decided to put it back, it will be just a matter of removing the lines and fittings. I was able to tuck both of them away by the clutch master cylinder and wire it up to the valet switch I had under the dash. the rest of the parts are on back order, so I have to wait for those arrive to finalize the install.

I also ordered the 6.5" aluminum round that I will need to make the 6" pulley, so hopefully when that arrives I might be able to have my machinist get started on that project.

To be quite honest, if I was willing to compromise for less. I could just throw the stock crank pulley back on, with the OEM header and wait til the stuff comes in to put it on, I could probably be done in a month or so. But I want to do it right the first time, all the stuff is already out and I hate doing things twice. It will all come together eventually.

I'll be home by the end of the week, so hopefully the rear end is done and I can get that in, then I'll probably pull out all the interior and get all of that done. There will be some more updates next week.
As I read, this thread just kept getting better and better... Then it started blowing my mind. I didn't know half of those parts even existed...
You're at a very high altitude. For comparison, you could always do a pull on a dynojet at a lower altitude if you don't get the numbers you're hoping for. What size pulley did you order from SOS? What boost pressure are you intending to run on E85?
