CEL no boost?
do you have a boost guage, if not its a good investment and a cheap wide band too if you can swing it.
the paxton charger is gear driven so youd probably hear noise if it was bad internally. so its either not spinning at the pulley or the belt is lose or old cracked etc. or you have a leak but i think you should hear it if its bad enough.if it was a small leak you would build boost but it would be low and trail off in power.

Does the car "feel" like has no boost? Maybe the boost gauge is the problem. If the blower is spinning and the intake path is sealed to the throttle body, It has an internal problem.
if it hit 0 the blower is moving air. it just wont push enough air to make boost at the intake manifold (im assuming thats where its taking its signal from. not before the t-body).is the t-body opening all the way?do you have a cooler?a quick test to check for good flow would be to pull off the boot at the tbody and rev the engine a little a good amout of air should come out.rev it with the boot on and listen for high pitched whistling.

Any NA motor will hit 0 on a boost gauge at WOT.
