I just bought the car with the Comptech SC and it was delivered with the CEL on. I pulled the code and it's P0411 Secondary Air Injection System Incorrect Flow. I did a search and it appears to be related to a vacuum hose or check valve installed backwards. Problem is I am completely new to the S2000 and don't know where to begin looking. I have already found a few issues in the engine bay from what appears to be a sloppy install.

It doesn't sound like a critical problem but I need to clear the code to get through emissions and register the car. The code is persistent and comes back after being cleared. I know it will be hard to tell in pics, but does everything look normal? Can you point me in the general area to begin looking? Thanks for any help you can provide.

 

it should be connected like this. also check for cracks or pin holes on the vac line.
